Delivery fees

The fee depends on where we’re delivering to. Choose your state and area at checkout and the exact fee is shown before you pay. It’s added to your order total, so there are no surprises at the door.

How long it takes

• Lagos: usually 1 to 3 working days.
• Other states: usually 3 to 7 working days.

Orders are prepared and sent out on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are sent out the next working day. Times are estimates; sales and public holidays can add a day or two.

After you order

• You’ll get an email confirming your order as soon as your payment goes through.
• We’ll email you again when your order is on its way.
• Our delivery partner may call the phone number you gave at checkout to arrange drop-off.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, so your order reaches you without delay.

Outside Nigeria

We currently deliver within Nigeria only. If you’re abroad and would like to order, message us before you buy and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your order is late, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we’ll put it right. See our Returns & exchanges page for more.
