Products and prices

• All prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is added at checkout.
• We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but they can look slightly different on different screens.
• Prices and stock can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through and you receive our confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or there’s an obvious pricing error, we may cancel that item or order. If we do, we’ll tell you and refund what you paid for it in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your password safe and don’t share it. You’re responsible for orders placed through your account. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our designs and content

The Momohamaniname, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or use them without our permission.

Our responsibility

We’re responsible for getting your order to you as described. We’re not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as courier disruption or public holidays. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
